ATTRIBUTES OF DA VINCI SKETCHES
The Inventive Engineer Poster Contest is accepting a wide range of presentation styles as they are expressions of a process of thinking of an individual, and development of an idea at the same time. When you view a sketch by Leonardo da Vinci it is as if he has invited you into a discussion with him. Spacial relations of his ideas, word descriptions, breakdown of the plan into elements, are tools he used to educate himself! That they are shared is an added bonus.

A poster presentation is a pleasing and convincing arrangement of information to guide an interested person to understand
your “process of thinking and organization”. The goal is to share the
“discovery and conclusions” from your research, supported by evidence and your
scientific and engineering design methods demonstrated skill. The presentation Includes
proper acknowledgement and attribution for help received, sources of
information, and aspects of who you are and your motivation.
